set the dial mode to AV and set the shutter speed 1/4 or 1/5 also even 1/6 ....what you need to do is just press the shutter button and take the picture and at the same time... drag your camera up down or sideways...then you will get this photo...
the camera was dragged up round and round to catch this image...
